Easter Information
All Campuses
Easter is a time when we reflect on Jesus’ sacrifice for our sin on the cross. Visit compassionchristian.com for our Easter service times and information about prayer walks. Have your family photo made after any Easter service. This year we’ll be inviting people to be baptized during the Easter service if they make a decision for Christ. Children aged 12 and under will need to meet with one of our children’s pastors to ensure they understand the commitment they are making before we will baptize them. If you have questions and would like to talk with someone about being baptized, go to Connecting Point.
"The Passion of the Christ" Movie
7:30 p.m. Friday, March 25
Worship Center, Henderson Campus
We will be showing the movie “The Passion of the Christ” on Good Friday. Watching this portrayal of the crucifixion is a great way to remember how much our salvation cost. This movie is rated ‘R’ because of the violence of the crucifixion. Please do not bring children under the age of 13. Childcare will not be provided.
JUMP!
6:45 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 23
Elevate, Henderson Campus
The jump from elementary school to middle school can be a scary thing, but it doesn’t have to be. All fourth, fifth and sixth-graders are invited to come to our first ever JUMP! Event where we’ll bridge the gap. Check into Elevate or Blitz at the same time and place as normal, and we’ll bring the groups together for a fun evening of games, engaging teaching and high-energy worship.
Spiritual Parenting Class
4:30 - 6 p.m. Saturdays, April 2 - May 21
Kids Auditorium 3, Second Floor, Henderson Campus
This eight-week class based on "Spiritual Parenting" by Michelle Anthony will empower parents to be the primary nurturers of their children’s faith and teach them how to create the best environment for this to happen. You can purchase the book in The Source bookstore, but this is not a requirement for the class.

Summer camps are great opportunities for children and students to grow in their faith through Bible study, small group time, worship and lots of fun! All our camps are open to students from every campus and across our community. Visit compassionchristian.com for more information and registration.

Steps of Paul Tour
Saturday, Oct. 15 - Tuesday, Oct. 25
Join Cam and Sarah as they lead a spiritual pilgrimage that follows the footsteps of Paul through Athens, Philippi, Thessaloniki, Ancient Corinth, the Greek Islands and Ancient Ephesus. The Bible will change from black and white to color as you visit the historical places where Paul preached. An optional 3-day tour of Rome is offered.
