Car Stickers
All Campuses
We want to thank everyone who has helped us tell our community about our new name by putting a sticker on their car. We’ve noticed that some stickers no longer look so great, so you have a new one in your program that looks nicer and will last longer. Please remove your old sticker and replace it with a new one. Pick up a new car sticker at Connecting Point.
Journey Serve Days
8 a.m. – 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 5 and Nov. 19
Bethlehem set behind The Link, Henderson Campus
This December we’re holding The Journey, a fun, interactive Christmas event that has drawn tens of thousands from across the Southeast in past years. We are working on the set to prepare it for this year’s production. If you’re good at carpentry or building things, please come and join us for these serve days. Bring tools if you have them. We’ll provide lunch. Any children must be under parental supervision at all times.
REAL Time All Campus Event
6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10
The Link, Henderson Campus
Women from all campuses are invited to this special REAL time event with Esther Burroughs, national speaker and author of several books. As Esther shares lessons she’s learned, she’ll inspire you to plant the seeds God has given you and invest more in your family and relationships. Esther’s books will be available for purchase after the event. A light dinner will be served. Purchase your $10 ticket at CompassionChristian.com by Thursday, Nov. 3.
Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Collection
Sunday, Nov. 6 and Wednesday, Nov. 9
Change the life of a child by filling a shoebox with toys, games and small gifts. Samaritan’s Purse works with local churches and ministry partners in over 130 countries worldwide to deliver the boxes and share the Good News of Jesus with children who wouldn’t normally receive a Christmas gift. Pick up a box in the lobby and bring it back filled next week for our Compassion Christian collection week. If you need more time to pack your box, leave it in the collection bin in the lobby by Monday, Nov. 21.
Global Encounter
6:30 - 9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14

Choose Compassion and participate in one of our 2017 Global Outreach teams to serve with our missionary partners here in the U.S. and around the world. Come to this event to find out the details of the 2017 short-term trips, ask questions, meet the trip leaders and sign up to go.
