Summer Dinner Theatre: Arsenic and Old Lace

Join us for this production of Arsenic and Old Lace, one of the American theatre's funniest comedies.

Drama critic Mortimer Brewster is engaged to the lovely Elaine Harper ... but will this minister’s daughter fit in with his “unusual” family? Mortimer’s charming spinster aunts, Abby and Martha Brewster, are beloved in their church and neighborhood for their many acts of kindness and charity. Mortimer, however, has just learned that they have mercifully taken to relieving the unhappiness of lonely old men by inviting them in for a nice glass of home-made elderberry wine … laced with arsenic! What else can go wrong? Mortimer’s brother believes that he's Teddy Roosevelt and frequently blasts a bugle and yells "charge" as he bounds up the stairs!
