Families, Children & Students
Children and students matter a lot to us here at Compassion Christian. We are here to partner with parents to help kids - from infants to high school students - develop a growing relationship with Jesus. We want to create the best possible environment for kids to learn, so our staff and highly-trained volunteers team up to make sure kids experience lots of love and tons of fun.
We use both large group and small group settings to help kids and young adults discover God in ways that are appropriate, exciting and relevant. In large-group worship we use energetic music and games along with engaging story-telling and serious teaching to communicate God’s Word. In small groups, adults talk with children and teens to help them understand and live out what they’ve learned.
At Compassion Christian we believe part of living out God’s love is serving others. Starting in elementary school, our young people are taught and encouraged to volunteer, serving in the church, across the community and even around the world with our global partners.
