How do you take care of something on loan to you? Do you use it carelessly? Recklessly? Do you wear it out, use it all up for your own purposes? Hand back scraps?
Of course not. When something is on loan, we treat it with extra care. We give it back joyfully, glad to have been entrusted with it, to have been able to use it well.
